Manure Injection Systems

Courtland Waste Handling offers a variety of manure injection systems for your Spreader Tank and Dragline bar.

VTI Vertical Till Injector

- L Spring Single Hub Row Unit — This is essentially the same as our original style row unit but using a single opening hub. The single hub makes it lighter weight, less maintenance and more user friendly.

- Gen 1 Coilpack Row unit — This uses a heavy-duty coil spring for the opening system allowing for 6-8” of vertical travel so in rough and/or rocky conditions, the units are keeping constant contact with the ground to ensure the manure is being applied where the nutrients are needed most – in the ground.

- Options:

• o All of our Coulter blades will fit with any of our row units and are chosen to fit with your farming practices
• o Contour Master Swivel – can be paired with either of the above row units to give you up to 30 degrees of turning capability with the toolbar in the ground.
• o Torqueflex Tailfin – gives an added element of down pressure on the closing system to bring in more dirt and residue to help cover higher application rates.
•    Also is used in the wheel tracks of tanks where compaction affects coverage.

- Note: — All VTI row units only have 1 grease point which is located on the opening hub. This grease point only requires grease every 80 hours of run time, making it the most maintenance free and user-friendly row unit of the market.
